Before Submitting!
All returns must be approved & must be accompanied by a RMA#. To obtain a RMA# please fill out this form & fax it to us with the original invoice.
All return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase date & all returns must be received within 10 days from the RMA approval date.
Call timer on the phone cannot exceed more than 20 minutes & the phone must not be damaged in any way.
Any returns with mising items will not be accepted & all items must be returned in original condition with original packaging.
15% restocking fee applies to all returns for any items which are in good order & working condition.
